Q: How
does a Help Desk System work?
A: When you use
the Trouble Ticket System to tell us about your problem or
question, your request goes into our database, where one of
my staff (or I) will see your question and repond to it. When
we respond, you'll get an email with our answer, and in that
email will be a link if you need to provide more information
or ask a follow up question.

Q: I purchased
the Landing Page Cash Machine ebook (www.LandingPageCashMachine.com)
but closed the download page before I could download it. Can
you help?
A: Absolutely!
First, please check your email. Our system is set to send
you the download link and download code via email immediately
upon ordering. And, you should also get the download link
the very next day. If you haven't received either email, please
check your spam filter for email for mail from the LandingPageCashMachine.com
domain, and then whitelist that domain to make sure that no
emails from me get trapped there. If you didn't get your emails,
then please open
a ticket and we'll respond as soon as we can. Please provide
the email address you used to order, or the order id if you
have it. We'll need one or the other to help you.

Q: I joined
the workshop but can't log into the page at www.landingpagecashmachine.com/ws.
What is my user name and password?
A: We can send
that to you after we verify your membershiop. Just open a
new ticket and let us know the email address you subscribed
with and your name and we'll send you the current username
and password. They change monthly.
Q: I don't
have the time to participate fully in the Landing Page Cash
Machine Workshop. How can I cancel?
A: Just fill out
the form on this page and we'll
process your cancellation right away. I'm sorry to see you
go!

Q: I requested
the Googleicious Free Report (www.Googleicious.com)
but never got my report.
A: Our autoresponder
wasn't properly set up to send the email with the Googleicious
download information and that resulted in many of the emails
we sent being identified as Spam -- even though you requested
the email. We sent out a broadcast the next day with the download
information. If you still didn't get your download, please
enter a ticket at our help desk and we'll provide you
the download info.
Q: When
I requested the Googleicious Free Report, all I got was a
pitch for another product. What gives??
A: I just wan't
clear enough, and I apologize. The page you saw right after
requesting the Googleicious Report (what we call the Thank
You page) said "Once you get your Googleicious guide
(which will be on its way via email in a few minutes), you'll
be on track to get back into Google's good graces, and see
your minimum Cost Per Click dive back down to where it once
was. What a relief that will be." and then went
on to talk about the Landing Page Cash Machine's special offer.
Thepage has since been modified, and now there is a much longer
explanation of what will happen next. . . and now I don't
even mention the special offer on the Thank You page. I think
it's more clear. I hope that helps.

Q: The
Keyword TurboCharger page isn't coming up. Why?
A: The Keyword
TurboCharger is on the same server as our old help desk system,
and we're working hard to get it up and running again.
Q: I signed
up for a Free subscription of the Keyword TurboCharger (www.KeywordTurboCharger.com)
but I can't seem to log in. What's wrong?
A: The subscription
form request your email address to use as your userid, and
your first name as your password. Many people enter in their
entire name instead of just their first name. So, first try
entering your entire name as your password (with the space).
If that doesn't work, open a ticket and we'll reset your password
for you. Please provide us the email address you used when
registering.
Q: I'm
trying to use the Keyword TurboCharger but after I enter in
my keywords, I get a blank screen. Why?
A: There are two
potential causes to the problem. Sometimes the context-sensitive
ads on the page aren't provided quickly enough by Google.
As a result, the page takes a long time to load. The second
reason is one we haven't yet been able to peg, but it seems
to be caused by leaving one of the columns blank, but not
switching the column "off". Try clicking the "off"
button below the column you aren't using, and then resubmit
the page.

in any way your information to any unauthorized third party.
You will only receive materials from us related to internet
